HSTC (Howard Sidney Thomas Consulting) is more than 35 years of experience in
agricultural, environmental and biotechnological
R&D in the UK, Switzerland and the
United States. I have provided advice to, and done contract research for, a wide range of government,
NGO, charitable, research council and commercial bodies
based in the UK, Europe and beyond,
specialising in plant genetics, physiology,
biotechnology and agro-ecology.
I am an ISI Highly Cited
researcher, one of only five listed in Wales. For a

For 20 years I was a member of the
Executive Board of a
UK Research Council Institute, where I had
responsibility for science policy, capital planning,
quality assurance, governance issues, business
development, PR and public engagement as well as
the management of large research teams and projects. |
