SenNet update 30 August 2010

The minibus will be available to take delegates from Reading Station to the conference site at 12.30, 2.30, 4.30 and 5.45pm on Tuesday. The minibus (private hire) company is called Stewarts of Mortimer; they will be at the station pick-up point and should have a SENnet sign in the window. The return journey will be organised for Friday lunchtime after the meeting closes. 

 If these times are not convenient then delegates are advised to call a taxi. A taxi to the conference venue from Reading station will cost approximately £15. The cabs outside the station will be more expensive than a private hire company. I use Yellow Cars which you can book by phoning +44 (0) 1189-660-666. Alternatively you can use RG Cars (+44 (0) 1189-696-666.

The registration desk will be open from 2pm in the Executive Centre, which is the place where your accommodation and the reception on tuesday evening is booked. A hot buffet dinner will be available from 6.30pm Tuesday which you can take next door into the Kingfisher room which has been reserved for SENnet delegates and where there is also a bar (with some free drinks!).
