Spoonbill Studio looks out over the west coast of Wales, where the ever-changing moods of sea and sky provide musical inspiration for Sid, his friends and students.  At the heart of the studio is an adequately powerful dual-monitor PC linked by Ethernet and wireless to other computers providing additional storage, processing power and broadband connectivity.

Major software includes SONAR 5PE, SoundForge 8, CD Architect, Band in a Box 2005, Sibelius 3, Acid Pro 3.0 and the usual array of office, communications and graphics programs.  Amongst the soft instruments, FX and utilities are Rebirth, Garritan JABB, M-Audio Drum and Bass Rig, Transcribe!, Jamstix 1.7 and any number of VST and DX plugins.
